Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: September 2026

Who this applies to

If you are a consumer in the EU - buying for purposes outside your trade, business or profession - you have 14 days to withdraw from a paid Karea subscription without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the subscription is taken out.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing - an email to info@kpilotlabs.com from the address on your account is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notice before the 14 days are up is sufficient; it does not matter when it reaches us.

What you get back

We refund what you paid within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

Because Karea starts working the moment you subscribe, you are asked at checkout to expressly request that it start during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the billing period you had access to, and we refund the rest. Once a billing period has been fully supplied, the right of withdrawal for that period is spent.

This is separate from cancelling: cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for.
